I don't expect precise measurements, I got it to have a general idea of heart rate and sleep quality, as well as how much I move throughout the day, and out of nowhere the notifications from (selected) apps came in handy, which is very useful for work matters.

The Breathing app is very helpful.

I don't exercise, I don't have an opinion on whether it does a good job counting exercises, etc., but what I do know is that it records the kilometers I walk correctly (it calculates the distance according to the average stride depending on height, and how many steps you took, so if you take very small or very large steps for your height, the measurement will be very wrong).

Overall, it is quite light and compact and does not bother me at all (I cannot wear watches, they bother me, so I basically risked throwing away €30 with the purchase).

Its battery lasts me 6-8 days, with quite a few notifications throughout the day, heart rate measurement every 5 minutes, active "sleep quality analysis", sleep monitoring and generally I caught myself using it for quite a few things (e.g., if I need a stopwatch, I use the watch instead of the phone), with DND automatically activated when I fall asleep and brightness at 2/5 (and if I go out in full sunlight, 3/5). I assume that as time goes by and I use the screen less (because every half hour I "wake it up" and check it), the battery will last longer.

The measurement continues normally for some hours (maybe even days, I have no personal experience, I almost always have it connected to my phone) even when Bluetooth is not connected.

I use the Mi Fit app, but I have not encountered any problems (which I generally read exist).

I have two issues with this gadget, and that's why I removed one star...
1) If I turn off Bluetooth (or restart my phone), most of the time I have to manually reconnect it from the phone's side, otherwise it may take 10 minutes to reconnect.
2) The weather does not always synchronize. It finds the location, but does not push the data to the smartband. If I close and reopen the push or manually locate the location again, it synchronizes immediately (and for some hours).

In 2 lines:
If you prefer not to bother at all to customize a mobile phone to your liking and fully utilize its capabilities, if you want super wow cameras, if having a classic notification light matters to you, if you want a memory card or 5G on both SIMs, it's not for you.
If you don't mind doing a little research to make it fly, if you know what GCam is, etc., don't go anywhere else, go for it!

Update 8/11/21:

For a few weeks now, it has received Miui 12.5 Enhanced, and the phone has been elevated! The battery lasts up to 52 hours from 100% until I recharge it at 10%. Usually, I take it off at 90-91% and recharge it when it reaches 20%, which still gives me a 48-hour battery life. Let's see what will happen with Android 12/Miui 13 coming in the next few months!

Update 12/9/21:

After debloating that I did myself, and the device's training, the battery is great. With 6 hours of screen-on time, the device lasted 48 hours on a single charge (it was taken off the charger on 10/09/2021 at 10 am and I just plugged it in for charging [12/09/2021 10:15 am], WiFi/Data/Bluetooth on for 18 out of 24 hours a day, constant connection with Mi Band 6 during all those hours, and removing battery saver on Telegram, Messenger Lite, and some other apps).

5G only works on the SIM that has active data, not exclusively on SIM1 as I mentioned before. I found out after the review but didn't update it. I managed to achieve speeds of 645 down/60 up with Cosmote and 870 down/129 up with Vodafone (Vodafone had better coverage in the areas I moved around), but only in very specific locations in Thessaloniki.

Comparing it to its predecessor (F2 PRO), it falls behind in some areas, but it makes up for it in many other areas, just keep in mind that the F2 PRO was announced with a selling price of €499 when it was released, while the F3 is €349.

The phone is awesome. Fast, decent, and powerful. The 870 and its 8 Kryo cores do their job very well. The 6GB RAM does a great job, even in 2021. Android manages the memory just fine.

Calls: Let's start with the basics... I made quite a few calls since I got it. VoWIFI/VoLTE work fine on Cosmote, but not on Vodafone. The sound quality is very good (if the other person is on a corresponding network... not on 2G). I had some disconnections with VoWIFI, but it turned out to be an issue on the other callers' side.

SIM/SD: Dual SIM phone, like the majority of devices on the market nowadays. 5G only works on the active SIM for data. It doesn't accept a memory card, so if you think 128/256GB of storage won't be enough for you, look for another device.

Display: The AMOLED display serves well both during the day (quite bright) and at night (quite dark), but I haven't been in full sunlight conditions at noon yet to have a complete opinion, I will come back to that. Many mention the green tint, but I'm probably one of the lucky ones who didn't encounter that.

Cameras: The -for many- weak point of the device. Okay, they're not the best in the world, Xiaomi had to cut corners somewhere to achieve this price, and one area they cut corners on is the cameras. With the stock camera app, the photos seem a bit "overprocessed". It may sound silly, but that's the best way I can describe it: it's like all objects are printed on A4 paper and stuck in various places. I installed GCam, specifically the "MGC 8.1.101 A9 GVx ENG" by BSG, and the difference is huge, especially during the day. I haven't tried the selfie camera and haven't taken any videos. The flash is decent.

Speakers: It has a peculiar stereo setup. One speaker is in the classic position (next to the charging port), and the other is the earpiece (yes, the one you hear your caller through during calls) combined with the holes on the top of the frame. The result is a bit strange, but decent and quite good (although not perfect). The sound it produces is quite powerful.

Buttons: As it is the "trend" nowadays, there are 3 buttons: volume up, volume down, and power on/off (which also serves as a fingerprint scanner, so if you're afraid that PIL KEITS and ENESSEI will steal your fingerprint, look for another device). The fingerprint scanner is incredibly fast.

Charging: Very fast, 33W fast charge. I think it takes less than an hour if it's at 15%.

5G: It is one of the "approved" devices by Cosmote and connects normally. However, in the areas I have been to so far, it's the typical Greek 5G (meaning only in name and symbol on the signal, otherwise it reaches 4G speeds).

WiFi: I have a WiFi 5 router (802.11ac) while the phone supports WiFi 6 (802.11ax). So, on the 5GHz band, I get the full 120mbps that my provider offers. The signal is quite strong.

NFC: I haven't tested it yet.

Other areas where Xiaomi cut corners, and if it wasn't so good in other aspects, it would have 3 stars instead of 4:
- It doesn't have a proper proximity sensor. According to some, it uses the camera. According to others, it has a small ultrasonic microphone in the earpiece, and when the device is upright and something is close to that microphone, the screen turns off during calls. The result, however, is similar to other Xiaomi devices that have a proximity sensor: it doesn't work correctly 8 out of 10 times :P
- It doesn't have a notification LED (unbelievable), but it has breathing lights on the screen (you have to enable them) and an always-on display.
- There is no headphone jack! I didn't use it much on my old phone lately, so it wasn't a problem for me, but it is for many people. Fortunately, it comes with a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter in the package, so you can use your headphones normally.
- It has the usual apps and many bloatware apps from Xiaomi, with advertisements, etc. The ads can be disabled, and with Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools, you can disable the bloatware apps and finally have some peace. The apps cannot be uninstalled from the device (it's not possible without changing the ROM), they can only be disabled.
- Lack of a memory card slot, as I mentioned above - personally, I don't use it.

Update #2 17/09/2021:

In the cottage with 70cm thick stone walls, where there is no stable telephone connection, with data on the green network, the performance is as follows:

Huawei E5576 (advertised as Pocket Wifi): Download 30-50mbps, Upload 20 mbps
With TP-Link: Download 120mbps, Upload 18mbps (and if I bring it close to the front door, the Download speed goes up to 150mbps).

I will also try Vodafone at some point and update the evaluation.

Update 1/8/2021:

In a spot where the green network's antenna has provided up to 130mbps down/30 up on my mobile, it gave me 150/47 with the router (as shown in the image I uploaded). I am always talking about speedtest, for the maximum speed that the connection can provide.

Although I haven't used it much yet, in an area with poor coverage from a green network, I reached 20mbps down/1 up (note that my mobile doesn't even get 3G - sometimes not even 2G, while the MR600 got 4G). I am looking forward to trying it in a location with better signal.

Very easy installation: Screw in the antennas, push the sim card until it clicks, plug it into the power and wait 1-2 minutes for it to turn on. It takes less time to turn on on subsequent occasions.

The WiFi password is located on the bottom of the router. There is no password for management, you create it during the initial connection.

The pros include the signal indicator lights, the guest wifi, the availability of 5GHz WiFi, and many other features it has.

Negatives... Hm... I don't know; maybe the top side is a magnet for fingerprints. If that bothers you, don't get it.

Την έχω από τον Φεβρουάριο. Γενικά τα έχει βγάλει τα λεφτά της κι ας είναι μόνο 5 μήνες σε χρήση. Είμαστε 2 άνθρωποι (εγώ και η κοπέλα μου, μακρύ μαλλί και οι 2) και 2 κατοικίδια με μπόλικο τρίχωμα. Το σπίτι είναι αρκετά παλιό, έχει ξύλινα πατώματα στα 2 δωμάτια και το σαλόνι, και πλακάκι παλιό στον διάδρομο, το μπάνιο και την κουζίνα, πράγμα που δυσκολεύει την κατάσταση.

Με εξαίρεση 2 φορές που κόλλησε και δεν πήγαινε πουθενά και με τίποτα (πράγμα που διορθώθηκε με κλείσιμο και άνοιγμα), κάνει τη δουλειά της ικανοποιητικότατα! Θέλει να είναι σχετικά άδειος ο χώρος (αν έχεις καλώδια, μπορεί να αρπάξει την μια μεριά στον κάδο και να μην προχωράει, αν έχεις πολλά μικροέπιπλα θα αφήνει πολλά σημεία ακαθάριστα κλπ).

Αρκετά ακριβής η πλοήγησή της. Καθαρίζει πολύ καλά τα λεπτά χαλιά (εκτός αν είναι τόσο λεπτά που μπορεί να τα σηκώσει και να μπλοκάρει την είσοδο), λιγότερο καλά τα χοντρά χαλιά και καθόλου τα πολύ χοντρά χαλιά - και είναι λογικό. Το σφουγγάρισμα κάνει δουλειά, βάζω ελάχιστη ποσότητα ξυδιού ή υγρού για ξύλινα πατώματα για καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα/φρεσκάρισμα.

Το εργαλειάκι καθαρισμού της βούρτσας κάνει πολύ καλή δουλειά (ενίοτε την χρησιμοποιώ για καλό καθάρισμα του φίλτρου, αν δεν έχει έρθει η ώρα να το πλύνω). Δεν έχει κατσαβιδάκι για το πλευρικό βουρτσάκι, ευτυχώς είχα ένα που ταιριάζει και μπορώ να το καθαρίσω εύκολα.

Μας έχει ξελασπώσει που μπορούμε να την βάζουμε να σκουπίζει από οπουδήποτε, γυρνώντας από διακοπές σκούπισε όλο το σπίτι και γλιτώσαμε την σκόνη. Αν χαλάσει (που ελπίζω να μην χαλάσει), την ξαναγόραζα, εκτός αν έρθει σε λογική τιμή η S7.

Έβγαλα 1 αστεράκι επειδή:
- Κάποιες φορές θα τύχει να μην περάσει από κάποιο σημείο
- Έχω ένα χαλί πολύ λεπτό και ελαφρύ... Δεν το καθαρίζει με τίποτα! Σηκώνει το χαλί και δεν κάνει δουλειά. Δεν φταίει ακριβώς η σκούπα, αλλά υποτίθεται ότι καθαρίζει όλα τα χαλιά με χαμηλό πέλος.
- Δεν βρίσκεις εύκολα τα γνήσια ανταλλακτικά.

However, this does not mean that you have access to the content of the applications. For that, you need a VPN.

I have it since 26/04, on a non-smart TV. I set it up on the same day I received it, with an American Amazon account (I wanted it for some streaming services that are not available in Greece and I couldn't use VPN on the chromecast) and using VPN (and of course the corresponding fee for the streaming services), I have access without any problems to the entire catalog that interested me.

Disney+, Discovery+, HULU & Peacock work properly and legally (but not legitimately, because I bypass the geographic restriction). It rarely freezes (only if I exit a streaming application until the half catalog of Amazon ads for prime loads).

It connected via 5GHz WiFi and works perfectly (I have fiber optic and I get the full speed). It did 3 updates as soon as it connected.

It also comes with an HDMI extender in case you have a strange TV and it doesn't fit in the back, and 2 Amazon Basics batteries for the wireless remote control. It had a European type plug, so I didn't need to search for an adapter.

As a bonus: I connected my V-tac smart bulbs to Alexa and I can control them from there too!

For what it is, and for the price it is sold, I can't find anything negative. It is more than worth it. I will also get the 4k version, for my 4k/55-inch TV which is smart but incredibly slow and has tired me out.
