    16 GB of RAM in an old laptop is excessive, the processor will hardly be able to handle tasks that require so much space in the RAM... A dual-core / 4-threads laptop with 16GB RAM... but it was a relatively cheap upgrade and I did it just for fun. But if you're going to upgrade an old laptop, it's better to change the hard drive and install an SSD, that will make a huge difference. Pay attention to the memory, some laptops require DDR3L, DDR3 will not work on them.

    I based my purchase on the comments of the previous two and I come to confirm that what they say is true. The device is stable, has the ability to choose positions, but it requires suitable keys for assembly, which is quite easy. It is almost perfect, reminiscent of professional equipment, and I recommend it. I say almost perfect because I would prefer the ramp that supports the legs to be a little higher, for my size (I am tall) it is a bit short, but it does not cause me any discomfort during exercise.

    If you have issues with your waist, you can see it as the ultimate remedy. I felt better in 4 days, it's one of the best money I've ever spent. Back exercises every day.

    Φαινεται να εχει καλη κατασκευη, λιγο οι διακοπτες δεν μου γεμιζουν το ματι αλλα με προσοχη στη χρηση θα αντεξουν χρονια. Στην αρχη εβγαζε μια μυρωδια αλλα μετα απο μερικες απο χρησεις εστρωσε, παρολα αυτα δεν θα μπορουσα να πω πως δεν βγαζει καμια μυρωδια, καμια φορα ισως οχι παντα, ειδικα στα πρωτα λεπτα λειτουργιας βγαζει μυρωδια η οποια κατα ενα περιεργο τροπο εχει και κατι το ευχαριστο, εννοειται ομως θα προτιμουσα να μην μυριζε καθολου.

    Ενα παλιο καλοφιρεφ λαδιου του 80 που ειχα , κρατουσε ζεστη την θερμοκρασια του μετα το σβησιμοσαφως περισσοτερο απο αυτο, βρωμαγε περισσοτερο αλλα νομιζω γενικα ειχε καλυτερη αποδοση απο αυτο σε ολα... οσο πανε τοσο πιο ψευτικα τα φτιαχνουν

    Ο λογαριασμος ρευματος δεν ηρθε ακομη, αλλα σιγουρα θα τσουζει γιατι 2400w δεν ειναι λιγα...
    τι να κανουμε, εδω που μας εφτασαν να θεωρουμε το καλοριφερ πολυτελεια θα τραβαμε τετοια ζορια, με καλοριφερακια και ραδιοενεργες σομπες χαλαζια μπας και δεν καταντησουμε πολικες αρκουδες
