Simply the best. There is no reason to tie the plants directly with string when these clips exist, which are much better for the plant, and very cheap

Simply awesome. It doesn't show in the photo, but it's a beast. Thick iron, very stable, and meets the right specifications for bench pressing. I will upload a video on YouTube at some point. It is very easy to assemble with a few screws, even without tools (but it's good to tighten them with tools because otherwise they loosen). It's worth the money
