It functions even while charging. Very convenient to have it with you everywhere. We recommend it! It helped us a lot, even though we already had the well-known battery-operated white noise machine which didn't work for us. It helped the baby a lot with sleep and also during walks when they needed to calm down! Now that they've grown up, they play with the light and the other sounds!

It was not convenient to use at all.
It does not curl the hair, but creates a slight wave at the bottom and it is not convenient to have it during sleep.

Good quality, but not convenient at all for use due to its design when you try to place it on the bowl/plate it falls down. We do not recommend it, especially for use during walks.
