The most VMF product for D3+K2! Multiple times the amount of D3 per €1 compared to anything similar available today... The only negative I find is that it has a relatively low content of K2. One tablet contains D3 - 10,000 IU and K2 - 200mcg. So, if we take, for example, a maintenance dose of D3, which corresponds to 5,000 IU (half a pill), then the K2 dose will be 100mcg (I would prefer double). Two stars only for the misinformation it provides, as it seems (from the result on me) that magnesium oxide constitutes a very large percentage (if not the largest) in its composition. Besides the fact that it did not bring me the desired results, I "bloat" a lot after taking it, resulting in disrupting my sleep as I wake up more frequently. There are much better and cheaper Magnesium Glycinate products like, for example, the one from FULL HEALTH (I discovered it later, unfortunately).

Very good! Probably excessive for the job I got it for - to make a swing. It's not easy to tie a knot, so I found other solutions to secure it.

Good for the money, but it doesn't seem like a material that will last many years - I hope I'm wrong... It's a waterproof tarp that has one side silver to reflect the sun and holes - rings around the edges to tie it down. The challenge is to tie it so it stands nicely, which is difficult since no rope or instructions are provided, so you have to improvise. Definitely much better than cardboard or tarp fabric that I used before...

I bought it after reading about it on the internet - this specific type of xylitol made from birch (not the one produced from corn) is considered one of the healthiest sugar substitutes, it has a low glycemic index and contributes to good oral hygiene, but... for me at least, it has a very negative side effect: in (daily) doses larger than three teaspoons (of sweetener), it acts as a strong laxative. Its sweetening power is slightly less than 1 to 1 and it has a slight minty taste, while having a sugar-like texture that has absorbed moisture, and its price is not at all negligible.

Normally, 4 stars because it is noisy during the cooling process (like a fan on the 2nd-3rd speed) but due to its price I give it 5 stars because otherwise it is excellent. As for cooking with steam, I can't say much because we are still experimenting, but in the 2-3 cakes we tried it on, it definitely adds an extra deliciousness!

The 5 stars are for the image quality and its price (21€). I cannot have an opinion on its durability yet (it's early), although it appears to be well-made. It is easy to assemble. I have connected 2 televisions to it and it provides excellent signal. It is installed on the rooftop of a four-story apartment building in the Northern Suburbs of Athens, with a cable running up to the first floor and then branching off to two devices, facing Mount Hymettus (it has a clear line of sight).
