I purchased it on a friend's recommendation for maintaining a healthy bowel. With the usage I have seen no dramatic results, but it seems good for maintenance. I have been using it for about 3 months now, with no issues so far. Of course, my friend warned me that after one month the positive results become more noticeable. Let me clarify that I am using it in the smallest dose, which is only one teaspoon once a day. I have started to believe that it is a bit too little. At this level, I would say it helps more conservatively. Maybe two teaspoons and using it twice a day are needed. I will increase the dosage and update here if I see a difference.

However, there is no issue with the product, it dissolves well in water and is easy to drink, it doesn't have a bad taste and there is no difficulty in swallowing, it doesn't even remind me of bran, etc. as I read somewhere. Two more glasses of water are needed for one teaspoon of the product. (See instructions at the end.) The most difficult part is probably drinking the two glasses of water. The product is easily digestible. Also, another small difficulty is that it requires some planning, as it should be taken at least half an hour before a meal.

Overall, I would say I am satisfied. I replaced the oats I used to eat, which I consider more indigestible for me. But nothing can replace fruits and vegetables when it comes to dietary fiber - don't be fooled.

Also, don't expect it to send you to the bathroom as soon as you take it, if you happen to have constipation. Not even close... It works slowly, moderately. It may take up to 24 hours to take effect, maybe even longer - at least in the dosage I take, I don't know if you take double or quadruple. Anyone who wants to maintain a good bowel condition can try it, but better without high expectations.

Anyway, it is definitely better to take it than to take nothing. It is also an economical solution (the 180g package lasts about 1.5 months for me, taking two teaspoons a day. After about 3 months, it has not finished yet with one teaspoon a day that I take).
