The headphones, like every Apple product, are of very high quality. Just make sure that the headphones they send you are authentic and not imitation. They sent me an imitation and I was surprised by the poor sound and problematic packaging, and then I realized they were fake. I believe that many of those who have written negative reviews about these headphones have imitations in their hands and not authentic Apple headphones.
There are many imitation Apple headphones on the market, which, like the ones I had purchased, break very quickly. It is preferable to spend 5-10 euros more and buy from official retailers. Because I also have the genuine ones, one way to distinguish the imitations is the dry "click" sound that is heard when pressing the buttons, which cannot be compared to the almost touch sound of the genuine ones. Additionally, they have more faded packaging and some papers are missing, such as the warranty.
It broke on the first use. It's not because I'm careless, since the previous one, which was in the iPhone box, lasted over 4 years!
I buy them for the third time in 1.5 years.
Their usage is one hour at most per day (only on weekdays) and generally, I take care of them.
They are not durable and suddenly one earbud just stops working, so I am forced to buy another one.

Fake, the iPhone does not recognize them, the sound is heard only if you plug them in from one side of the lightning, from the other side nothing. The button for sound control also does not work. You hear them as if they are coming from inside a pillow. They were in normal Apple packaging, I don't know who did the trick but these were not Apple earpods.
For someone like me who is interested in not placing the phone to my ear and uses them for calls or to listen to music, they are great!! The cable gets tangled like with all headphones of this type.
It is simply sacrilege for these headphones to have the Apple brand on the packaging they are sold in. No relation to Apple quality, the sound is terrible as if you are listening to an old radio and the sound scratches your ears, the quality of the last headphones they give as disposable on the ships. It is unacceptable for Apple to sell these headphones with their logo on them.
Very bad for nothing. They lasted 2 weeks!! From the first day of use, I had to take them out and put them back in for every call I made or received to be able to hear! Until one day (after about 2 weeks) they never worked again..
Very generic headphones. I expected something better from Apple. Zero bass. Noise in the left earbud while I'm talking. I wouldn't buy them again.

I had forgotten that I had them but they are little gems now I started using them I had them for 3 years in the drawer. They have very good bass and sound for songs as well and a good microphone. The only downside is that one of the caps on the buttons has come off and the circuit board is visible
They are fine. In my ears, they fit okay but not fully satisfactorily. I got them for around 30-45€, for that price they are not worth the money at all (Here I see a store has them for 15€, it's worth getting them at that price). The quality of the music seems to be very good, the sound isolation is not the best, I haven't encountered any issues during calls. I would recommend them, but not without reservations.
I got them in August for 25€. They are quite good for their price. The cable gets tangled all the time. A few days ago, one earphone stopped making good contact with the cable (even though I take care of them) and today both of them stopped working. I have to tie knots to make them work. They didn't even last a year of use..
For 20 euros that I paid, they are excessively overpriced but it's Apple, what do you expect. Overall, I have no complaints. Very convenient, perfect sound, everything is fine.
I have them in my possession for a week. They are made of plastic. The sound with the bass hits the ear, the sound gets distorted many times while wearing them and I have to take them off and put them back on again. Quality is poor!
Personally, these headphones have lasted for 2 years without any problems despite the abuse they have endured. My only issue is that I struggle to untangle them in case I forget their case. In terms of genetics, they are very durable and fit perfectly in the ear. No other wired headphones in the past had such good insulation.
Good build quality but after 10 minutes my ears started to hurt... never again plastic headphones... only silicone... the sound is clear but it lacks volume and the sound isolation is not good. Bad purchase
Whether you're old school and prefer cables, or you want to listen to music without the hassle of wired headphones, Apple's wired headphones are for you. Excellent sound quality on calls and decent performance in noisy environments. They have a microphone and volume adjustment button. 4 stars because they are a bit difficult to clean. Beware of imitations!
The headphones were a big disappointment. They don't fit well in the ears and constantly fall out.
The sound quality is very mediocre. No comparison to the overall quality of Apple.

After a problem with the headphones I had ordered, I finally received the correct product and it is exactly like Apple's headphones from the major chains. Make sure they are authentic.
No, they are not worth their money. Within 2 months, the left earphone broke. The cable gets tangled very easily and I did not like the music quality at all. There are much better options for this price
They have very good sound when listening to music, but their build quality is not good at all... within the first week, the plastic around the plug broke, and after 1 month, they were not recognized by the phone when I played music... this is the second pair of headphones I have bought, as the first one had problems within a few months, such as automatically ending calls when I was talking on the phone and decreasing the volume of the music on its own! I would not buy similar ones again
Terrible kids, wasted money you hear parasites, you speak and the other person doesn't hear you, you hear the other person as if they're speaking to you from a tunnel, why does the iPhone 12 recognize them but not the other one!
I have had them for less than a month and both speakers of the headphones completely broke. The same thing happened last year. I am obviously not going to buy them again, but rather spend money to buy wireless headphones instead of this junk!
I have changed 2 pairs in less than 1 year. They break immediately and are very sensitive. It's a shame because I had experienced this before 3 years ago, and within 3 months I had bought 2 headphones (as the first one suddenly broke completely in 1 week) and because we pay a lot for them and they turn out to be the same as Chinese ones.
I bought them because they are authentic (and good).
But compared to what is included in the box that comes with the phone (SE 2019), they do not have the same quality.
I bought them as a second set of headphones for the car.
My interlocutor notices a difference in how they HEAR me when I speak with these and when I speak with the factory ones.
Other than that, everything else is good.

I won't say much... The headphones have good sound compared to others I tried on the iPhone 12 BUT I have small ears and for some reason AS SOON AS I PUT THEM ON, after 1-2 minutes my ears start hurting from the top part of the earphone. Fortunately, I was able to return them and get my money back, too bad because their sound is really good!!!
The worst headphones for the iPhone, they have interference and the volume control button doesn't even work.. I wasted 13 euros
Lately, I noticed that whenever I wear them multiple times, the device freezes, but when I take them off and reconnect them, the device is fine. I don't understand why it causes glitches, I don't think they are worth their money, I bought them from a well-known chain of stores for 25€. I am not satisfied:/ update: eventually, the problem got worse, the image glitches so badly that it's really not worth investing in these headphones, it's a shame because they seemed like an affordable and convenient solution for those of us who can't afford airpods. update 29/4/22: one earphone stopped working and they don't even close properly, I wasted 25€ for nothing! Also, something is happening with the cable and the sound gets "messed up". update 3/5/22: useless now! I will say it! Lately, I also noticed that whenever I try to listen to music (of course, only from the right earphone since the left one left us a while ago), the screen glitches again and the song pauses multiple times, so simply don't invest! *The purchase was made in August '21*
P.S.: They were authentic, but their quality and construction are poor compared to the previous ones. Wireless is a thousand times better.
Unfortunately, it is not like it used to be. There is no sound isolation at all. The person I am talking to can hear loudly even sounds that I can't hear well with my naked ear. Because I have been using them for years, I didn't have any problems, it seems that they have deteriorated in quality.
I have constant complaints from my conversation partners that they often don't listen to me. And it's not the network's fault because as soon as I take them out, I sound very good, as they tell me.
