This book serves as an aid for the History course of the 4th Grade, which refers to "Ancient Times".
The aim of the book is to help young students not only to learn but to understand and assimilate the teaching material, as well as to become generally familiar with the historical way of thinking. At the same time, it seeks to provide both students and teachers with as many elements and information as possible on various topics, so that they can successfully meet the requirements of the course. Thus, each chapter includes:

- Additional informational elements about people, things, and situations
- Complete commentary on the excerpts and images of the lesson
- Answers to all the questions and exercises of the school book and the workbook
