Did you find this review helpful? Very nice fan. I have two for intake in the 760T, running them at 50% and they are literally silent without the front case filter. I can barely tell they are running at these speeds (1000 RPM) and the airflow and static pressure are fully satisfactory. Very powerful cooling at maximum speeds, normal noise. Also, they are very convenient in terms of their lighting because the brightness remains constant regardless of the rotation speed. What bothers me personally is the way their color is distributed, meaning the number of LEDs seems a bit lacking. I would prefer if there were six or eight instead of four. Other than that, the build quality is very good.

Did you find this review helpful?Very good choice both as an intake/exhaust in a case, as well as for placement in an air/heatsink cooler or an AIO radiator, or even in a custom water cooler. However, you will hear something like a jet in a quiet room, as the fan runs at full RPM (above 2400, i.e. above specifications), due to the very high airflow it creates.
Three fans were installed as intakes, in a case in silent mode through PWM from the motherboard. The following results were obtained from their use:
Easy installation due to shape/design, very good airflow, complete silence up to 1000 RPM. Up to around 1650 RPM, there is little noise from the air - not from the motor which is practically silent (due to Magnetic Levitation bearing type). At 1650-1700 RPM, very good results in airflow are achieved, significantly helping with temperatures mainly of the CPU but also the GPU. Specifically, I observed at least a 5-9 degree Celsius difference in stress tests and 4-5 in idle conditions (<600 RPM fan speed), compared to other PWM fans with lower RPM.
The white LED is very discreet and the lighting is relaxed, without exaggeration. If you are not a fan of RGB and have a case with tempered glass, the white option is great, in my opinion.
I assume that if they are placed on a cooler, either air or liquid, they will make more noise compared to being placed in a case, especially if the correct operating mode is not selected.
In case PWM is not used (i.e. less than 4 pin connectors on the motherboard), go for something else without a second thought, as the fans will run at max speed.
The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty, so there is no reliability issue.
The fan is definitely recommended as long as you choose the right settings in terms of noise vs performance, depending on the placement/use. However, in my opinion, it could have a slightly better price, despite the innovation regarding the Bearing Type.

I bought 2 140mm and 2 120mm fans for a midi tower from the same company that I operate for several hours a day. They are extremely quiet fans, as the tower is literally next to me on the desk where I work and I barely notice it. I deliberately tried to run them at 100% speed, and they still weren't unbearable. Their construction is high quality, their installation in the tower was very easy, and the red color looks beautiful.
Let me clarify that the fans are 4-pin! My motherboard only had 2 4-pin outputs, and I tried to run the fans on the remaining 3-pin ones, but they were running at full speed and I had to get Y-cables.

Very good! It's worth it even if the motherboard doesn't have an RGB port because this only has a 4-pin PWM. If someone wants it at full speed, it will sound quite loud, but only the air it pushes. If the tower has a good design, I believe it won't be as loud! The motor, of course, is completely silent and I've had it for almost three months now! I would definitely recommend it to a friend! Excellent quality! Abundant airflow! Incredibly smooth lighting without any areas being less/more illuminated!

Clearly high-quality construction. You can tell immediately as soon as you hold it in your hands. Two were placed in the front position of the tower and replaced the factory 200mm fan it had. In practice: many rotations mean high airflow, which also means... noise. However, the truth is that for the rotations it has, the noise produced is NOT annoying. I have put them on a fan controller and at 40% of their operation, they work at about 1200 rotations without being heard at all! Note that the rotation is done magnetically. Even at 70%, you can't even tell, but from there and above, yes, they can be heard - but not annoyingly. The airflow it provides is enough to lower the temperature in the system by 4-5 degrees. Finally, its lighting is incredible and quite intense. A value-for-money fan.

Sturdy construction, well-crafted, expensive but with a 5-year warranty, quiet. Personally, I don't consider the airflow as noise, only the sound of the motor, mechanical or electrical, and in this case, even at max, it doesn't exist. However, I believe it should be combined with fan control because at max, it moves like an airplane

2017-12-12Expert userThis review is about the led color: RedI replaced the stock fan on the Corsair Hydro Series H60 liquid cooler with this one and I can say that the difference is noticeable. Due to better airflow, the temperature of the processor (AMD FX-8350) decreased by an additional 3-4 degrees. Set to run at 60% through the BIOS until it reaches 45 degrees, it will only increase its speed in heavy games, never reaching 100% (2400rpm), just like the temperature never exceeds 55 degrees. It is almost silent, with incredible airflow and a fairly intense illumination. The build quality is very good, it is not a cheap plastic, it is worth its money and more. A big plus is that it does not have bearings and the rotation is magnetic. Noise will be heard at 100% speed, but it is understandable due to the huge airflow. In combination with the 2 ML140 and 2 AF120 fans that I also have installed, the case is so cool that I even put beers to freeze... :P. Also, a big plus is the 5-year warranty.

I am the owner of this fan... it is perfect in every way except for the silent issue... it sounds like a turbine... Also, the LED light is not very bright... and to make it relatively quiet, you have to put it on a fan controller. I bought it for 27 euros, I wasn't thrilled, it reaches a maximum of 37C... but I have many fans...
