Rubbish. It doesn't blow anything, it doesn't cool anything. I see some prices of 10 euros... 3.92, the lowest one and that's because it's supposed to be HAMA's.

It's only worth it if you have basic knowledge of electronics (and maybe know how to use Google) and you want to modify it by keeping the flexible metal cable, removing the motor and the propeller, and adding whatever you want afterwards at the free end
