First day I got it, it drove me crazy (and my hands) trying to assemble it. The assembly instructions were a mess, resulting in mistakes that are difficult to fix, and even causing some damage to the plastic parts. And I'm left wondering why it wasn't just pre-assembled, since even when it is assembled, it still folds to save space.

On my first ride, I loaded a bicycle and it felt sturdy, with strong and tight straps. After the marathon of assembly following the purchase, placing it on the car is now very easy and quick.

I want to see if I will feel equally safe with more bicycles, but so far it didn't shake on potholes or have any issues, everything went well and I felt comfortable. Of course, some attention is needed in case a wheel protrudes to the left or right of the car.

Easy installation, stable when properly placed and straps are tightened securely, fits both hatchbacks and sedans. Spare parts are available from the company in Italy.
