Maybe worth only as a mat, definitely not as a gym mat, within a week it scratched and tore with light gym use on concrete. In the negatives, it never unfolds perfectly, it absorbs sweat and with friction it can irritate/burn your skin. Given that it is the most economical, I did not expect better quality, but at least greater durability.
