  My daughter and I have very long hair and we hate using the hairdryer (like a sport), so I searched and found this one that would take the least amount of time from our lives, and I can confirm that we really do dry our hair in one third of the time.

  It has a long enough cord for me to chase her in the other room, it is lightweight even for children's hands (when she uses it by herself). It has as many settings as needed for a hairdryer (you're not launching a rocket) and it covered all our accessories needs.

  In terms of cost, considering that every two years we would buy a new supposedly cheaper one (30€ X 7 purchases in 14 years = 210€), if this one lasts for fifteen years, which is its expected lifespan (in salon conditions - not even for family use), then it is definitely the cheapest solution for us!

  This specific model of parlux has nothing to do with the others. The hair frizzes after a short time. It's like it doesn't have enough heat. In summary, I agree with the positives (relatively lightweight, strong airflow, etc.), but I will focus on the poor quality of the materials that has not been mentioned so far. Since I bought it, the plastic has had an unpleasant smell. I constantly have it in the yard, but it doesn't go away at all. When I use it with the windows open, the smell transfers to my hair. It is likely that these volatile compounds are dangerous and carcinogenic, especially if you use it for many hours and/or in a closed space. For so much money, I expected better quality materials.
