Dosage

Add 1/2 teaspoon (33 grams) to 500 ml of water daily. 

Use it during exercise to replenish carbohydrates, fluids, and electrolytes (minerals). Also, use it 30-60 minutes before activity to provide pre-workout carbohydrates and fluid loading, or post-workout to help restore muscle glycogen stores.
