The dietary supplement Isotec Endurance is a source of three carbohydrates and contributes to the steady release of energy, while replenishing glycogen stores in the muscles and liver. It also contains electrolytes that improve fluid absorption and retention.

Add 1-2 servings daily to 500ml of water. 

Use during exercise to replenish carbohydrates, fluids, and electrolytes. It can also be used 30 to 60 minutes before activity or after training to help restore glycogen stores in muscles.
