broke in less than 1 year.
toasted the sandwich okay.
the bottom plate cooked faster than the top plate, meaning I had to flip the sandwich to cook it equally well.
Until it settles, after at least 15 uses, the parts of the toaster smell like plastic from overheating... I use it with the striped plates and the cooking it does is not uniform. For its price, it's good...
Small in size, it toasts two sandwiches simultaneously, the plates clean very easily, and it's very fast. It also has other functions that we haven't used yet.
Very good choice for the money. Although it has a few watts, it toasts quickly and evenly. The removable plates are non-stick and clean easily VFM. I recommend it...
We got it for the waffle maker and it is quite value for money. The only problem it has is that you can't put big slices of bread, it fits only one unlike the classic ones that fit slices of bread
The plates that we use to toast sandwiches broke very quickly. I do not consider the plate to be of good quality.
A small piece that held a screw broke, causing the screw to come out. I should have returned it, but I didn't bother due to its low cost.
For the money, it's good!
Heats up very quickly, the only downside is that it heats up more in the center, and maybe the toast needs to be flipped if someone wants it crispy everywhere.
The waffles come out good without sticking, but they also need to be flipped for uniformity.
On the positive side, it cleans easily
Simply excellent!!! I did not expect at all for the 700 watts to have such a great performance!! The plates are completely non-stick!! The food is crispy and well-cooked in 10 minutes!! Excellent purchase for 25 euros!! As someone said...A WORTHY PURCHASE
The build quality is exactly what you expect for the price. The plates feel like they are made of plastic and you think they will break if they fall.
However, the toast is cooked perfectly fine, it was also tested with waffles and they cooked very nicely. If it lasts for 2 years, it will be a good purchase overall.
Just bought it. I don't believe the construction is worth 24€. Unless the toast-waffles are so amazing and the toaster lasts for a year, maybe... The two surfaces are held together by two screws and the clips that hold the plates seem like they will break easily. I will upload photos to help someone have a more comprehensive picture.
Satisfactory for its price.
The reason I chose it is because of the extra plates for waffles and triangle sandwiches. So far, I haven't made any waffles or triangle sandwiches yet, but it works great for small sandwiches (the same size as the appliance). I like that the plates are removable, so they can be washed as well.
There are only two things I don't like at the moment:
• Firstly, the noise that I read about in the other reviews is indeed noticeable when you turn it on.
• Secondly, I realize that it doesn't have any buttons, not even an on-off switch, so we have to plug and unplug it every time.
Overall, a good cheap toaster. I have been satisfied with it for the month that I have had it. The toast comes out crispy and doesn't stick, much better compared to the previous one I had, which was also ceramic with white plates from Skroutz and burned the toast. It was also cheaper. Unfortunately, a problem arose... it stopped working! One morning, I plugged it in, it heated up a bit, and that was it. It never worked again. The lights turned on and the two lights were constantly on, which means that the thermostat burned out and the toaster became useless. This happened around 5 weeks after purchasing it, but luckily Skroutz replaced it immediately without me having to send the other one back. 2 stars for the toaster, 5 stars for Skroutz. I could have asked for a refund, but due to the lack of quality options in toasters and after many bad experiences, I stuck with this one hoping that the new device won't break either.
Update: After several months, the new toaster is working without any problems, only the sides towards the center get slightly more toasted, so I flip the toast halfway through. Overall, I am satisfied and hope it lasts. + star
It does its job properly, but it has an electromagnetic noise (a slight buzzing sound when it operates). The question of whether it cooks fast or not doesn't make sense because if it cooks fast, it will be uncooked inside, while if it cooks slowly, it will be properly cooked.
The resistances are very strong, you have to be quick when it's time to take out the toast. I use it with butter, so I don't know if it sticks. As for the negatives, it makes a very annoying "electric noise".
What I was asking for was for the plates to come out for better cleaning even though I use oil spray for the toast but waffles are always harder to clean. It's cheap but it does its job
