The book is released on the occasion of the popular International Mathematical Competition "Kangaroo". This competition is held every year in the second half of March. Over 5 million students worldwide, from 2nd grade to 12th grade, participate. The philosophy of the competition is based on the principle that mathematics cultivates thinking and brings intellectual satisfaction, so it should not be addressed only to a few. The questions posed in the competition do not require special mathematical knowledge to solve. Most can be solved with just common sense.
