Benefits
According to the official health claims from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), iron is the most important mineral for maintaining blood quality and producing red blood cells, as almost 2/3 of its total amount in the body is found in the blood.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
It helps in the normal transport of oxygen in the body and the normal function of the immune system.
It reduces fatigue and tiredness.
Vitamin C contributes to the increased absorption of iron, while also providing additional stimulation and energy.
Free from yeast, gluten, wheat, starch, dairy, sugar, salt, artificial preservatives, and flavors.

I bought it based on the reviews... after receiving the whole package... I did tests again... my iron and hematocrit levels had dropped... in addition, it caused me gastrointestinal problems like the classic iron... I would never buy it again!!!
For me, it is the only iron supplement that did not cause me constipation or bloating. I have tried several, but only this one worked for me without any side effects. Maybe for the first couple of days, I felt a slight heaviness in my stomach, but very mild!
First time I decide to comment on a dietary supplement in order to possibly help other people. Since I was a child, I didn't particularly like meat and I often had iron-deficiency anemia. Proper and balanced nutrition is necessary and helps a lot more than any other formulation (without nutrition). I come from the medical field. I have tried most of the formulations available in the Greek market and after many years of trials, experiments, and collaboration with experts, doctors, and clinical nutritionists, it has been concluded that there are several good dietary supplements. The issue is that most organisms, when using the same formulation for a long period of time, maybe even years, at some point the body stops responding the same way as in the beginning of use. So, I believe it is good to replace it at regular intervals with an equivalent formulation, of equal quality, responsiveness, and performance. In this case, I tried for the first time, on my own responsibility but also in consultation with a doctor, the Health Aid Iron Bisglycinate 30mg. I started the treatment on 12/5/2022 where the treating doctor suggested that I take a double dose (1 tablet at noon and 1 tablet in the evening) for only one month to see if my body responds. The results were excellent and can be seen in the tests I have posted. Despite taking a double dose, the formulation was friendly to the intestines and stomach. I consider it a good iron supplement and would recommend it. However, I must inform that there are also other equally good and friendly iron supplements in the category, depending on the coverage needs, such as Sideral Forte, Solgar Gentle Iron, Better You Iron Daily Oral Spray, Now Foods Iron Complex, Nature's Plus Iron 40mg, etc.
After failed attempts to take pharmacy iron supplements that upset my stomach, I got this. I have been taking it for about 1 month without any issues.
In my next tests, I will see the results.
The pills are purple.
