I have dry eyes and -really- they have saved me. They hydrate effectively and provide relief. I buy them constantly. They are more cost-effective than the corresponding bottle, as the latter must be discarded a month after opening (which is why it is cheaper).
In my opinion, they are just okay.
I have tried several due to dryness, and I can't say that they were anything special or comparatively better than other products, which are cheaper but have similar characteristics.
They are definitely not bad or don't deliver what they promise (I believe), but I don't see a reason to purchase cheaper ones. If they were on sale, I would buy them again. Otherwise, probably not.
