Hot Application:

• Indicated for lower back pain, neck stiffness, rheumatism, hypothermia.
• Convert to hot by soaking in boiling water (80 degrees Celsius) for 1 minute.
• Alternatively, place in the Microwave for 25 seconds at 600 watts.
• The gel distributes evenly.
• A wipeable cover is required if soaked and it should be placed in a special case before use.

Cold Application:

• Indicated for bruises, sprains, injuries.
• Cold therapy is recommended.
