  For years I was using sponge earplugs and was reluctant to use any other material. At some point, I got bored and decided to try these ones (the pharmacist recommended them to me) and they are ultimately much better! I didn't cut the first pair, I used them whole, but after reading comments here, I highly recommend cutting them in half! I didn't do it for cost-saving reasons, but it was much more convenient for me to have them cut.

  Regardless of the fact that it says for swimming, I started using them because of the snoring of the dinosaur I have as a partner!!!! It may sound exaggerated, but we only sleep together with them, really. Whenever I happen to not have them, then we are in separate rooms without exaggeration. These specific ones are the only ones that cover everything. Like all, if they don't fit properly, they won't cover sounds. They are indeed big, but I don't cut them in half. I just spread on the remaining outer part of the ear whatever is left, and I feel like they sit better that way. 4 stars instead of 5 because they do require and are difficult to clean, even if you are a person who cleans their ears 2-3 times a day like me, they need it. They can also catch and stick hair strands and then you have more tangles. It is also possible to encounter a bad "package" from the same company (it has happened to me once). I have tried them for swimming as well, but I will not give an opinion since I am not an expert swimmer. However, I considered them okay there as well.

  I have been using earplugs for over 4-5 years because otherwise I can't sleep as I have animals above my head... not humans! I have tried various ones, but these are the best so far and I wonder about some people's comments... maybe they don't know how to put them on correctly because they are afraid to put them in deep, resulting in sound passing through... If you put them on correctly and spread them well to close the ear, they do a good job. Also, because they are big, you take one and cut it in half, do the same with the other, and essentially you have 4! I never put them on whole, they are huge!

  The best earplugs, initially compared to other silicone earplugs that were difficult to use and secondly compared to other types (e.g. sponge).
  Easy to use (think of it like a cap: we cover the external ear canal and press tightly all around to seal it "airtight", we don't insert it into the ear canal, we just lightly press from above to create suction), it doesn't require effort, it requires technique and once you learn it, you will see that they are the most comfortable earplugs ever. They don't bother at all during sleep, they don't irritate, they don't cause pain and they can be reused several times.
