Excellent product! It needs to be applied over fabric, not directly on the skin! Wear a snug tank top and stick it there! The warmth it provides is ideal and lasts much longer than 12 hours! Highly recommended!!

A very good heat that lasts, the only disadvantage being that it does not remain stable because it does not stick. But nevertheless, it did a very good job for me... it does not clump but has a very intense pleasant heat. Ideal when driving and stabilizes in the middle.

I am surprised that even though it says not to stick it to the skin, some people give negative reviews because it doesn't stick. I stuck it on top of a tight undershirt, and ideally, you should lie down to feel the warmth. My doctor gave it to me to relieve neck and back pain. It helped me from the first use. The well-known plaster (L...OS) makes me suffer from burning without relieving my muscle pain.

The plaster is ideal for anyone who cannot tolerate the usual ones (such as lion etc.) and wants there to be warmth at the point.. It does not cause any irritation. There is constant warmth, just apply it correctly, the adhesive SHOULD NOT TOUCH THE SKIN (emphasized in the instructions), but it should stick to a T-shirt or your form, depending on where you want it to be applied so that the other side touches the painful area.. If this is a plaster, then I am an alien!!!! It doesn't even have glue to stick to the skin, let alone stick to the shirt and do the job!! Out of frustration, I threw it away and was left with the pain!!!

It does what it promises and more. (It lasts for 12 hours as stated in the instructions and keeps the heat for over 16 hours, tested on all 4 patches in the package). Very positive that it is odorless and also does not stick to the body (personally, I have an allergy to capsaicin which is contained in almost all). It helped me with tremendous back pain. Value for money!
