They do the job, you feel your breath easier and you actually snore less. The downside is that if you don't put them in correctly the first time, then they come out and detach.

It does the job. If the head is completely horizontal, you won't see a big difference but with minimal height and this specific product you will sleep much better.

To me, they do not fit well on the nose and they stay in the air on the right and left. Unfortunately, they do not have a good fit and there are no smaller ones than these.

Maybe it does the job for someone who is in the initial stage, better results could be achieved if combined with user weight loss

It helps to a certain extent. For very serious snoring problems, maybe 50%, in milder cases it is quite effective. Definitely makes you feel like you're breathing more freely

I have a narrow nasal passage and it helps me breathe through my nose when I sleep. I also use them during the day, all day long, in case of a stuffy nose due to a cold, and the adhesive lasts from morning until the next morning. To make it stick properly and not come off, because I have oily skin, I first apply a toner to my nose to remove the oiliness, let it evaporate, and then stick the strip. When I have difficulty removing it, I use a little bit of baby oil.

It helped me a lot, unfortunately it does not solve the problem at its core, it simply helps you breathe better through the nose and therefore reduces snoring.

Much better compared to similar products. Its adhesive is very strong, it doesn't come off during the night, without leaving any marks especially on me who have sensitive skin.
