Συστατικά & Οφέλη
Το Θυμάρι (Thymus vulgaris)έχει γνωστές αντισηπτικές και αντιβακτηριακές ιδιότητες και βοηθάει στην απομάκρυνση των βλεννωδών εκκρίσεων. Χρησιμοποιείται παραδοσιακά στη φυτοθεραπεία για την αντιμετώπιση του βήχα.
Το Iceland moss είναι λειχήνες και χρησιμοποιείται παραδοσιακά για να καταπραΰνει τον ερεθισμένο λαιμό και τον ξηρό βήχα.
Το Μαύρο Σαμπούκο (elderberry) αποτελεί πολύ διαδεδομένο συστατικό συμπληρωμάτων διατροφής για την πρόληψη και την αντιμετώπιση των συμπτωμάτων του κοινού κρυολογήματος και της γρίπης.
Η Ρίγανη και η Λεβάντα είναι αρωματικά φυτά ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμα στον ξηρό βήχα.
Η Δασική πεύκη (Pinus sylvestris L.) χρησιμοποιείται παραδοσιακά ως αποχρεμπτικό λόγω της περιεκτικότητας της σε αιθέριο έλαιο. Η δράση του πεύκου ανακουφίζει από τα συμπτώματα του κοινού κρυολογήματος, της γρίπης, του βήχα, της ρινικής συμφόρησης.
Το Γαρίφαλο (Syzygium aromaticum) έχει αναλγητικές, αντιφλεγμονώδεις και αντιμικροβιακές ιδιότητες και είναι χρήσιμο στις φλεγμονώδεις διαταραχές της στοματικής και φαρυγγικής κοιλότητας.
Χρήση
Ενήλικες και παιδιά άνω των 12 ετών: 1 κουταλιά της σούπας (10ml) 3 φορές την ημέρα.
Το σιρόπι μπορεί να διαλυθεί σε νερό ή χυμό
