Designed for speed
With a gear stick made of solid steel, the Driving Force Shifter is constructed from quality materials for absolute precision and reliability with durability over time. The gear stick handle and base are covered with high-quality, hand-stitched leather, giving it the look and feel of a real high-performance gear stick, offering comfort and durability.
Six speeds with short ratios
The six-speed gear stick in an "H" pattern with reverse lock moves smoothly and locks firmly into each gear. It is designed for smooth and precise gear changes, both on straights and hairpin turns.
Secure Mounting
The durable, built-in clamps allow the secure mounting of the Driving Force Shifter to a table or racing rig to minimize shifting or loosening during aggressive maneuvers.
Compatibility
Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8 and Windows 7

I bought it to combine it with the G29 for use mainly in Euro Truck Simulator. In terms of quality, I don't need to dwell on it much because it's Logitech, a well-known and reliable brand in all gaming peripherals. In handling, it gives a light feeling, I would like it a little closer to reality. In my case, the 6th gear did not engage sometimes and it recognized it as N, it needed a little more pressure to take it. Also, although I had tightened it as much as possible on the desk after a few days it would loosen and move from its position (I was changing gears normally, it's not that I was putting all my strength), this may also be due to the surface (MDF wood). Overall, I am quite satisfied and recommend it, I believe it is one of the best (if not the best) in its category and for the money it offers. Finally, I agree with other users who mention that it could be included in the G29, but this is a matter for the company.
From the beginning (I have had it for less than a month and have only used it twice), for some reason the reverse does not work in WRC Generations. (it makes a continuous noise on the screen as if it is rumbling)... I haven't tried it yet in Gran Turismo 7. The plugs are correctly connected and in order. Overall, the feeling is fake... Disappointing!
For €50, very plasticky, the safety locks stick and it's not easy to remove them. It does its job but it's a shame that after so many years they still haven't made a new model.
So, UNACCEPTABLE shifter for this money, at 20-25 it would be very fair, now what do we do to bring it a bit to its proper level? We go on ALIEXPRESS and from the depths of China we order a modding set for this shifter for around 20-24 euros and we bring it to a good level of feeling gear changes!!!
The feeling it gives you is definitely not like that of a car at 100%, but it does its job very well for games like Forza Horizon 5 and Gran Turismo 7 in combination with the Logitech G29 steering wheel.
Very good gear lever but the problem is the quality, for example if you play games where you have to constantly and quickly change speeds, the lever will either break or get stuck. <I had exactly the same one and it broke on me>
Very good shifters for their price. If you have a G29 or G920 steering wheel, it is a very good choice. Of course, there are better ones, but the budget increases
It does what it promises. It's a nice feeling, not very realistic but satisfying. I don't know if other companies are better, but I don't regret it. Sturdy construction (the lever is steel and the covering is leather). It works perfectly and is obviously compatible only with Logitech steering wheels as stated in the specs (G923/G29/G920).
Great for those of you who want to have a real car. The speeds need to be softened at the beginning, BE CAREFUL NOT TO TAKE IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STEERING WHEEL!!
Attention!! Only compatible with Logitech steering wheels. It's a cheap solution that's worth the money. I just started sim racing and so far it's perfect.
Good shifter, but it's a shame that it only connects with Logitech steering wheels. I bought it thinking it would work with all steering wheels, but in the end I spent 50€ for NOTHING. A shame for Logitech and for consumers.
If you have a Thrustmaster steering wheel and want to connect it directly to your PC, I suggest you don't buy it because it's a waste of money. If you think I'm lying, it's not true. I've been trying to connect it to my PC for a week now and there's no solution. Don't buy it if you have a THRUSTMASTER steering wheel.
The lever is good, I have no complaints. The gears shift smoothly, and I hope it will last over time. I also think that it should be included with the steering wheel, meaning it required an additional 55€ to purchase it
Simply overpriced!
For a maximum of 20-30€!
It could have a button on it for switching to boxes with more speeds.
Connection to the rest of the steering wheel with a serial plug.
For its price (40€), it's worth it, it has good grip for the table and is somewhat sturdy in driving, although it doesn't seem to withstand high pressures. There are several modifications on the internet to customize the shifter as you like it, so you can easily adjust it to your needs. For someone who uses it moderately and wants to see how driving with a shifter is, it's fine. There are higher quality ones, but at more expensive prices.
A good shifter that won't cause compatibility issues with most racing games. With a homemade adapter (Arduino), it can be connected as an independent device to USB and work with any steering wheel and pedals. In terms of in-game settings, you won't encounter any problems with tuning unless you want more than 6 speeds + reverse. In fast shifts, it's definitely more vague and "soft" than the corresponding Thrustmaster, which is three times more expensive. Nevertheless, it seems to have a durable and high-quality construction with a very good support system that easily stabilizes it on desks, bases, etc. With a total of about 55 for the shifter and 15 euros for the adapter construction, it makes it quite competitive and a very good choice for an entry-level racing rig and beyond.
After 1 year and some months of daily use, I am thinking of getting a new one because sometimes the gears don't shift or they shift 3 instead of 1 and overall, well, the first year was good.
This particular shifter is satisfactory, especially for individuals who are new to the world of sim racing. However, it is sold separately from the steering wheel and is relatively expensive. Additionally, it is quite small in size and "detracts" from the sense of realism. In my opinion, it is worth purchasing a more expensive shifter, which is much more realistic. Otherwise, if you buy this one, it is quite easy to mount by changing the handle with a longer one.
Excellent product although I would recommend changing the lever knob. Many lever knobs (I bought through skroutz) come with universal adapters and fit snugly.
It is a quality construction with satisfactory gear shifting feel, but it does not resemble (and I emphasize this for the hardcore fans) that of a real car. For those who want to upgrade their sim racing experience without buying a g29, I recommend spending 15 euros and doing the well-known hack with the arduino leonardo that can be found on the internet. Alternatively, they can get the ready-made solution from leo bodnar, but it exceeds 30 euros.
