Take 1 tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water.

    I don't know about their effectiveness. They have a variety of vitamins exactly at the 100% limit. There are definitely multivitamins with more elements, but this one has the most. It's good to change vitamins (don't take the same one continuously) for obvious reasons. In this context, I also bought them because of the 1+1 offer (36 tablets).
    As for the taste, it's neutral, not bad but not great either, so everything is fine.
    A small flaw is that it "fizzes" (see photo), which is aesthetically a bit annoying.
    It doesn't leave much residue (dust on the bottom) like others. It leaves very little. I find it okay in this regard.
    I would like it to dissolve a bit faster (we're in a hurry in the morning), but okay. I've seen slower ones too.
    I would say give them a try

    I have no opinion on whether it helps or not. It has basic proportions of vitamins as ingredients. I didn't like the taste at all because it is very intense and heavy, and it reminds me of something like medicine, probably from the sweeteners they put in. Two people drank it and we had the same opinion about the taste. It upsets my stomach and I stopped taking it. In terms of price, one plus one free definitely worth it for anyone who doesn't have a problem with the taste.
