Very good and effective for the first three days as a decongestant ONLY. Afterwards, its effect decreases in duration and I also can't understand why everyone says it doesn't cause addiction. After a few hours from the first application, I thought I would die if I didn't use it again, even though I bought it for cleaning and moisturizing my nose as my pharmacist recommended. It caused unbelievable congestion and dryness with the first use, and I ended up starting dexa-rhinaspray after three years of abstinence. If you have addiction problems with decongestants, don't start it.

  It is the best herbal nasal spray I have tried so far.. of course it doesn't surpass the chemical ones.. nevertheless, decent.. on the positive side, it has a good quantity, in online purchases (and not from a physical pharmacy) it is a good price, it acts relatively quickly and helps in case of need, pregnancy, breastfeeding.. on the negative side.. it may not cause dependency but it causes throat dryness if used frequently, sometimes it can cause nosebleeds.. not always.. it doesn't always work as it should.. the effect doesn't last long.. it causes irritation in the throat.. however, until someone can return to the chemicals, it is the best choice for now compared to any other product in its category. I have been using it out of necessity and after a lot of product research for about 1 year so I have a comprehensive opinion

  The truth is that I tried to replace Otrivin with a herbal product, and I let several days pass before sharing my opinion. Does it cause burning in the nose and throat? Yes, but with a little rubbing after use, it does go away. Does it clear congestion? Yes, but for a very short time. After 1-2 hours, the congestion returned stronger. During the day, it might work better, but at night I would wake up from the excessive congestion and would reapply, waiting another 5-10 minutes for it to take effect. Perhaps it might work for something mild, but for me, after a 15-day effort, it didn't suit me.

However, it does not contain chemicals that harm the nasal mucosa, so it is a better choice than simple decongestants. It unclogs the nose in 5 minutes and the effect lasts for 4-6 hours. If someone wants to break free from simple decongestants, I do not recommend it because they will simply develop dependence on this product, while the goal is complete independence from sprays.   For 12 years now, I have a problem, I can't breathe through my nose without decongestants. The nasal glands swell due to hypertrophy in the nasal conchae, I get infections every day, and my nose gets blocked as if I have a chronic cold all year round.
