Dietary supplement Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), also known as thioctic acid or simply lipoic acid, which acts as a powerful antioxidant as it plays a significant role in energy production. Each tablet provides 300mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid, making it a high-potency alpha-lipoic acid product.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Very good dietary supplement necessary for diabetics and not only, as it provides energy and relieves pain in the waist or legs.
Effective for neuropathic pain in the lower back. After about two weeks, there is a reduction in pain and over time it has better results and therapeutic action. R-lipoic acid is more expensive but more effective.
I bought it for neuropathic pain. I think it helps me (always in combination with medication). Doctors recommended it to me, but I also read studies from researchers and saw that it brings improvement in several cases! Of course, each case is different and it takes days to bring changes to the nerve, it is not an immediate pain reliever!
I bought it for nerve pain and numbness in my calf and foot due to sciatica. For two and a half weeks, I had this persistent numbness and tingling that made me limp. When I started taking ALA with food twice a day, from the second day of use, I began to see results and regain sensation. In the following days, I also noticed significant improvement and the sensation returning. I walk better now. Obviously, ALA will accelerate the healing of the injured nerve. I don't know if the R-ALA sold by some brands, which is 100% natural and more bioavailable, is more effective than this.
It provides energy and helps with fat burning, but it caused me skin itching and a slight stomach bloating.
...very good for peripheral neuropathies but also for tendinitis and musculoskeletal pain.
It helped me a lot with Achilles tendinitis that I suffered from for a year.
It takes time and maybe at the beginning, for a couple of weeks, an increased dose like 900 mg per day.
Afterwards, morning and evening...total 600...for months.
Attention to diabetics...it lowers blood sugar...possible hypoglycemia: requires monitoring of blood sugar and adjustment of antidiabetic doses.
Necessary supplement for diabetics and in most mg on the market. It should be taken half an hour before meals.
I have a problem of peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes and with a dose of 300 per day I have seen significant improvement, the only thing to be careful about is that it lowers the blood sugar level... I recommend it for those who have peripheral neuropathy problems. My doctor had told me "what I have, I have and I won't see any improvement", but I found it, maybe not huge yet, but I feel the toes of my feet faintly.
