Terrible solubility, terrible taste, causes bloating and discomfort. For this money, there are more reputable brands with higher quality products that didn't bother me, were more effective, and tastier.

This is the first time I bought it... I don't like that it doesn't make me feel as full as another one I had in the past, meaning I get hungry soon. I bought it simply as a meal replacement and for performance at work to avoid the cafeteria and the cheese pies... but personally, I don't... the cookie flavor is just indifferent, it's not something you look forward to drinking. It dissolves just fine. It probably doesn't have stimulants; I didn't notice any palpitations, etc.

I tried the chocolate flavor and especially when mixed with water, it almost has no taste. Overall, from the many I have tried, it seems like a somewhat cheap product and I will not buy it again.

It dissolves easily, has a moderate to good taste. It has a decent protein content. Relatively cheap.
The only negative is that it lacks two amino acids in its ingredients (glutamine and asparagine), but it still gets the job done. It's worth buying.

Disgusting taste, like vomit. It says vanilla, but the taste is not vanilla. The store recommended it to me because they were out of the one I asked for. It's a waste, I can't stand it at all.

Well guys, very good protein, dissolves instantly in water. I thought I would get the unflavored one to avoid the added sugar for taste! I will definitely choose it again

Good taste, excessively good solubility, it becomes like water, excellent protein profile though. I wouldn't prefer it again, I don't like that it doesn't become creamy like the vegan one from NLS which I consider to be the best I have tried.

High protein (with low carbs and fat) whey milk from free-range cows as stated on the packaging. A positive sign for someone seeking the quality of the raw material. Okay taste, nothing impressive, nothing bad. Solubility is also good for its category.

Not very good solubility. Very good protein percentage (79%) if you find it around 55 it's worth it, otherwise there are better quality ones.
