When it's working, it's a very good product, statistics, connection with Google, everything.
The issue is that in 2 sockets, the on/off has broken. Even when the socket is closed, either from the switch or from the application, it still draws power normally. There are many reports about this on the TP-Link website.
You want a socket to be reliable and unfortunately, this one doesn't seem to be.

Overall, I have purchased 12 for both the house and the vacation home. It does exactly what it says it does and it does it very well. I am impressed with the quality of the WiFi signal. Especially in the basement of the vacation home, I have placed one in a spot where mobile phones have no signal, and this one picks up a signal and provides measurements without any issues. The only drawback, which other buyers have also mentioned, is that some of them "freeze" and get stuck. Then the only solution is to turn them off and on again. In my main residence, it is not a problem, but in the vacation home it is a serious issue because by the time several months pass until I go back, I have no measurements. However, I noticed that not all of them have the problem, but only some specific ones. That is, out of the 12, 3-4 exhibit the problem while the others have never done so. Given that they all have the same firmware version, I assume that they are probably from the same production batch that had the same hardware failure.

I have been using them for about 2 months to record the consumption of various devices (TV, computer, washing machine, refrigerator) through custom integration in Home Assistant. They haven't had any issues and their measurements are on par with other devices that measure consumption. As a switch, it works excellently. Easy connection with the app, very reliable operation. Immediate response, you press ON and the switch turns on at the same moment with zero delay. Very easy setup for timer, schedule, etc. One annoying thing with all smart switches is compatibility with other systems, platforms. Essentially, there is no compatibility. I think it connected with Samsung's Smart Things but the functionality was very limited.
Now let's talk about energy and power measurement. I believe the power readings are quite accurate, matching the specifications of several devices. Where I was disappointed is the power graph. In the photo, it is not a cardiogram; it is the power drawn by my refrigerator over a 24-hour period. The graph looks nice, but if someone zooms in, they will see that it records power measurements every 5 minutes, tragic. While on the screen, the power value updates every 2-3 seconds. So the graph, for some reason I don't understand, is very coarse, and of course, I have no trust in the energy measurement (kWh).
