The story takes place in 1899 on the island of Portland. Take control of Hito, the Third Knight of the Empire, to investigate a missing royal figure and a revolutionary faction known as the Sons of Washington.

Avoid the descending mist and lead the islanders in defense against the revolutionaries and their Eldritch allies.
