The dynamic blonde Catalina King arrives in the small town of Merry, Connecticut, determined. As a reality show host for renovations, she will help hurricane-ravaged Merry get back on its feet by Christmas, come what may.

But the grumpy Noah Yates, the town's mayor, doesn't agree with her plans at all. Raising his daughter alone, he takes all his responsibilities very seriously.
