I have been a owner of these headphones for a week now. Very good sound, nice bass as well as highs. The build quality is very good, but I wonder how long the soft material that rests around the ear will last.
Via Bluetooth, they support the codecs LDAC, AAC, and SBC. With the Pixel 7 Pro, they use LDAC and indeed support LDAC at 990 kbps without issues (setting through the headphone app, EDIFIER Connex). Keep in mind that when using LDAC at 990 kbps, the headphones can only be connected to one playback device.
As soon as a USB-C cable is connected to the headphones (either for playback via USB-C or just for charging), their Bluetooth is immediately disabled, which means that playback via Bluetooth is not possible while charging. However, they charge very quickly. I have the feeling that via cable the sound quality is a little bit better than via Bluetooth, but this might just be my impression.
