They brought it to me as a gift in size L. I am 1.87 meters tall and weigh 95 kilograms, and normally I wear jackets between L and XL. This particular jacket has such a loose fit (especially in the sleeves) that even the Large size feels a bit big for me. If someone is average or slim, they should probably get two sizes smaller, what can I say? The OMNI-HEAT technology makes more sense in thermal clothing rather than in jackets, but okay, marketing also plays a role. It is warm and well-insulated, purely suitable for winter temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius, but overall I can't say that it impressed me.

The jacket is quite warm for autumn, on the other hand, I have tried it in the sea and I can say that it covers me up to 8°C, below that, for example at 6°C, you need thermal and good fleece and still, I do not recommend it. However, I believe that for areas like Attica or Crete, which have higher temperatures, it is okay. Now, if you want something light until you get in the car, etc., it is good although it could be cheaper. It also has a good zipper, and the omni heat, which I think is useless in the jacket because it is not snug with the skin, unlike a thermal legging with omni heat that I have, it is incredible.
