The location accuracy on the map cannot be compared to that of Apple devices, at least not for now. I have the device permanently in the car, in an area in the center of Athens, on a narrow street where many cars and pedestrians pass daily at a distance of just 2 meters. Nevertheless, the accuracy displayed on the map is consistently within a radius of about 300 meters, and the center of the point rarely coincides with the device's location. For now, if location accuracy is a priority, it is not worth purchasing the device. Additionally, I notice that the battery drops to low levels in about 2.5 months, if not sooner.

Easily connected, just the Motorola app doesn't do much of course works only on Android 14 and later, basically I transferred it to my colleague's phone with Android 14, updated the firmware and removed it and transferred it to mine. The Google network is still a bit lacking for the .... but I believe it will improve (it's purely a matter of legislation).

Edit: I'm dropping it to two stars, even though I've done a firmware update that supposedly solves the battery consumption issue, it drained in 2 weeks and went to 2.9 volts and threw a notification, although the next one I put will do the same, it will get dismantled and go into the cupboard as a useless object since where I have it as a tracker is incredibly difficult to remove.

Edit2: next. Battery one week and if it drained and I measured it before putting it in and it was 3.28 volts and now it's 2.89.

We have a second tracker that doesn't go out much, this one lasted about 3 weeks on battery with both having the latest software update.

In short, it's a useless tracker with a battery life of 1 week to 3 weeks depending on its operating conditions.

And last edit: now even 5 trackers under 10 days of stable battery life, with a day's difference, both threw low battery.

In simple terms, wasted money unless you have a huge stock of 2032 batteries because at the rate it's going, the batteries will soon exceed the tracker’s value

Quality is good, but I expected much more - and it’s not necessarily the tag's fault.

Anyone expecting an Apple Tag but on Android will be very disappointed. Google’s find my device still has many issues, mainly due to privacy, which I understand.

In this case, it takes a long time to give a location, I’ve found it takes 3-5 minutes, and for some strange reason, it doesn’t show up with my other devices when I try to find it from a computer. I suspect this is a Google issue though.

The device itself has very good build quality but a terrible speaker. Even at high volume, it’s still not audible. Inside a bag, it will only be heard if you put your ear to it.

Additionally, the button on top is supposed to serve two functions: to find the phone and to work as a Bluetooth button to take remote photos. In the first case, besides needing to activate it in the settings, it doesn’t work well with my Moto g84, and most of the time it only works if I go into the tag app. The Bluetooth button function doesn’t work for me at all.

In summary:
Stylish and well-made but with a bad speaker and nonexistent Google infrastructure to make it competitive.

The best out there, it's not just Motorola phones but for all brands with Android software, also another positive is that it has the same dimensions as the Apple AirTag which means you can find many accessories. I got 2, one in green and one in black.

Purchased for testing, it also did a firmware update through the Motorola app. It only works with a Bluetooth connection to find an object. The finding through the find my device network doesn't work very well and has a location refresh every 5-10 minutes.

It works great and does more than Air Tag and SmartTag for anyone with a Motorola phone using the Moto Tag app (reverse tracking, for example). Only UWB is not yet covered for those with Pixel Pro and all the new pro models of other Androids.

Correction after a month of use: As the days go by, it has become more accurate in location. I generally notice an improvement in both that I use; they now work even through third-party phones. I raise the rating to 3 stars for this reason; if they improve further, I will return.

For now, Google's network in Greece is not fully activated, so it only works as long as my phone is in range. Therefore, it is completely useless beyond searching for an item in the house, for example. In the future, I will return when the network is activated; until then, it is not worth it at all.
