Fragrance clearly and exclusively only for summer. The fragrance opens with a citrus scent from citrus fruits and closes with (nice) patchouli in the dry down (I am not a big fan of patchouli). Its longevity is very good for a citrus fragrance as it lasts 6-8 hours. Smell it before you buy it!
A new fragrance that divides opinions due to its intensely acidic innovative composition that contains part of lemon peels. It has a high concentration which means it lasts long, but it probably won't appeal to those who can't stand acidic scents or the strong smell of lemon. If someone gets past the first impression that they've sprayed alcoholic lemonade or Bacardi Breezer lemon on themselves, after a few minutes, the base notes transition from fresh to pleasantly woody, and Eros Energy impresses. It might be more suitable to wear from April to October.
An explosion of citrus at the beginning and a weak resemblance to Montblanc Explorer afterwards. I see no reason for its existence now that MB is available, especially for a new flanker in the Eros line...
To describe the scent as best as I can, it's like taking a shower with lemon. In short, I liked it, but I can understand why some people don't... I wouldn't recommend it to those who want a fragrance for all occasions, but for those who want to build a collection, then this scent would make a good addition.
Versace is probably trolling us, there's no other explanation for this thing...squeeze some lemons, mix the lemonade with alcohol and you have exactly the same product!
They sent me samples; it’s a wonderful, cool summer scent with good longevity and projection for a fresh fragrance. Its profile has nothing to do with Eros or Eros Flame... Its profile is Aventus but without the smokiness and is more vibrant, intensely citrusy. It will remind you of Mont Blanc Explorer, but its dry down is softer, less woody, and more citrusy. In my opinion, it’s the best clone of the Aventus DNA at the moment, better than Explorer; for all the other CDNI, Armaf, Latafa, Al Haramain, there’s no comparison, it doesn’t have any synthetic feel nor such poor quality. Energy has realism in the citrus for its price that you find in fragrances costing 150-200 euros. Is it worth it? If you don’t mind wearing the same DNA fragrance that half the planet wears, then yes, for its price (70-80 euros for 100ml) it’s superb. I couldn’t resist and bought a 100ml bottle...
