Very good build quality, comfortable in hand even while sleeping despite its size, good display. It looks more premium than it is, as it doesn't have sapphire glass and titanium like the pro, for those interested in such things.
Easy and hassle-free synchronization with Android phone, no issues with notifications. Good measurements, with a slight overestimation of steps. Overall, however, pleasant to use, as the operating system, although not from Google, is very well designed. The Huawei store doesn't have many apps, but personally, I don't care if a smartwatch has anything special, apart from the essentials for which over 90% of people choose such a device.
Its major advantage is the battery, which easily lasts 7-10 days with everything on except AOD. The major disadvantage is that while it has NFC, it is not supported in Greece. Overall, very good value for money.
Okay, what can one say about this watch. HUAWEI and that's enough. Amazing build quality, very good screen, responsiveness, super fast, I haven't fully tested the battery yet so I don't have an opinion on that yet. Unfortunately, there is a lack of Google services and I believe it is noticeable. At least if the NFC worked in Greece, that would be something. But if it had Google services, it would be the best by far. Not like some other companies that have a battery lasting 1 day and you pay €500 for Apple???. Overall, it is an amazing watch
Excellent build quality for its category. It sits comfortably in the hand even during sleep. The battery lasts. Beautiful shape, although this is subjective. The lack of Google services is definitely a disadvantage, something that was known from the beginning and weighed in my decision to proceed with the purchase. Unfortunately, however, this is the reason I will take away one star. It’s not convenient without Google services after all.
Transitioning from the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 to this little gem.
I wouldn't say this watch has a huge difference from the GT4, so I wouldn't recommend it as an upgrade for those who own the previous model.
I believe its price for what it offers is quite VFM compared to similar models in this specific target price.
Very good build quality and lightweight on the wrist, it doesn't bother at all after hours of use, and it also doesn't disturb during sleep.
Its measurements are quite good.
It doesn't have adaptive vibration, but you can choose between light, strong, or no vibration at all.
The battery, although it's still very early to judge, I would say lasts with all its functions on for definitely 10 days, maybe even more. But as I said, it's a new model.
I found its strap quite stylish in the blue version. It's made of soft silicone with white stitching in the shade of blue jeans.
The front is nickel and is not removable.
I give it 4 stars because it doesn't have direct payments from the watch and because it doesn't take a SIM card.
I believe it could have these extras at this price.
Bought today from a well-known chain with a gift of the freebuds 5. Okay, guys, they have done an amazing job on the watch. Coming from the GT2, the difference is vast in design, display, graphics, and measurements. Now you can also respond to messages and calls, crystal clear. As for battery life, what can I say? Those of you who have the GT4, I don't know if it's worth switching to the GT5. For those of you who have the previous models, I wouldn't even think about it. For me, there is no other brand in smartwatches
