For training, the dog does wonders. Good release and immediately executes commands using the Kong
My Labrador has been playing with it for the last 8 years, and during these years we have changed dozens of toys. None of them has lasted as long.
I have a 30-kilogram Labrador. I haven't been able to find ANY toy that it doesn't destroy in a few hours.
It has been two weeks and it still holds up, so it is indeed quite durable. I got him the Large size, which is good for his size.
Maybe I will try the bigger one at some point in the future.
I do the trick that other people mention on YouTube. I soak some food in water. I place it in the toy and put it in the freezer. When I leave the house, I take it out. This way, it takes him a while to empty the food and keeps him occupied for a good amount of time.
Peanut butter or yogurt with treats and it will keep them entertained for hours. We have a medium to large sized dog (18-20kg) who is quite hyperactive and tends to destroy the house when we're away, but with this, they stay occupied and we can relax a bit.
It helps our pet to calm down because it keeps busy with the Kong's "emptying". I have a large and greedy Labrador. The large size is good. I also have the XL one. I think it is bigger than necessary.
We got 2 in xxl for our one-year-old German Shepherds who chew on anything they find. As for the size, it is quite large, maybe the L or XL would fit better for such breeds. Ideal for filling it with some treats (from a stick to chicken or yogurt) to keep the dog occupied for a longer time, unfortunately, if it's not filled, it doesn't hold their interest for long. However, it is a very sturdy toy. It really doesn't get destroyed by iron-eating dogs!

It is sturdy and safe, however, I expected it to be bigger. Although it is small, my dog doesn't like it, probably because it is too hard. He plays with it if I put treats inside, but he bites anything else except for it when it is empty...
The only toy that has lasted from a 3 and a half month old puppy until now, when they are 2 years old!
