Description

The photoelectric sensors of the Gxx series are general-purpose switches used in mechanical systems and equipment for non-contact monitoring of moving elements. They are based on the photoelectric operating principle – inside the sensor, there is a signal emitter and a receiver of the returned signal. There are three types of sensors: diffuse sensors, retroreflective sensors, and through-beam sensors. These types differ in how the signal is returned. They allow for adjustment of the distance at which they can detect. Development is based on PNP and NPN transitions. They have small dimensions and feature a metallic cylindrical housing resistant to shocks and a plastic cover that is oil and water resistant.
