  I would give it 4 out of 5, but it is a bit sweeter than I would like. Other than that, it is a good after workout formula that I have tried in terms of solubility and value for money. The taste issue can be reduced if combined, for example, with some ground oats (which I did to turn it into a gainer with excellent results)

  In the classic solubility, taste, etc. are very good. The problem is that it contains sugar (hence the nice and sweet taste) but it doesn't say how much, which is a big drawback for me. For those of you who can't find where it says it contains sugar, the sugar is fructose and glucose, two ingredients that are listed without their quantity...probably quite a lot, probably why it's also 400 calories per 100 grams.

  Very good product, even excellent! It does what it says, helps in muscle development, always with proper nutrition and meals. I don't consider it a crazy bulk protein because it has few carbohydrates and fewer calories. It gives you a very nice athletic muscular body in just 2 weeks of proper exercise and diet program. I will definitely choose it again, it dissolves very easily and the Belgian chocolate flavor is simply amazing! I highly recommend it. However, if you want to gain more bulk, it's better to look for mass gainer proteins.

  Very good protein, I highly recommend it... The white chocolate flavor is amazing!!!! You won't find another protein with more grams of protein, very good ratio, that is... Also, it is one of the few that combines creatine for volume and strength as it has some nutritional ingredients.
