Guys, what can I say, these are light-years ahead the best headphones I've ever had. The noise cancellation is amazing; I wore them and thought I was deaf. The machine next to me was working, and I couldn't hear it. While the other person was talking to me, I wasn't speaking, and at some point, they said, "Yeah, I thought the line dropped," while I had complete silence around me for music—unbelievable. And they sit in your ears as if you have cotton in them; get them without hesitation
The case continues to beep at random times, I still haven't figured out why. Other than that, very satisfactory, good noise cancellation for this type of headphones, everything is fine with the connectivity, sound is great.
For many years, I used the AirPods 1st gen; they were very good headphones in my opinion, I had them on all day while doing chores, while going for a run, etc. Unfortunately, unexpectedly, I lost the left earbud, so I thought it was time to make a change and decided to get the 4th gen for €190. Initially, I noticed that they are noticeably lighter than the previous model I had (they give the feeling when you hold them in your hand that they are Xiaomi earbuds worth €20), the case lid creaks if I move it side to side (the 1st gen earbuds don't have this problem), and you have the feeling that they will fall out of your ear at any moment. The only positive thing I found and was indeed impressed by is the noise cancellation, but I can't have a well-informed opinion on that because I have never had experience with noise cancellation before; there may be some company that offers something better for this money. The other day, I bent down to pick something up and both fell out of my ears. Honestly, if I had known that for €190 I would get such a product, I might have made a different purchase.
Coming from AirPods 2. Crystal clear sound. Perfect fit. ANC reduces ambient noise by 80%. 5 hours of battery life on continuous use. Smaller, sleeker case compared to the AirPods 2 I had. Lightning-fast connectivity with iPhone 16 Pro Max and MacBook.
I have had the headphones for about 2 weeks and I have to say the following:
They are made of poor plastic, resulting in signs of wear very quickly.
The left headphone has an issue, and on some low notes, it sounds like static electricity.
But at least they charge quickly, and if they don't give you any faults, they sound quite good. However, they are in no way worth €185!!!

The sound quality is good, the noise cancellation works effectively, and the battery life is impressive, with fast charging capabilities. Everything is functioning well.
Very satisfied with these..! My first AirPods were the second generation... I loved them very much, but after many drops, they gradually gave out. Then I moved on to the 3rd generation, but I was disappointed with the comfort, as they didn't sit well in my ears. As soon as I got the 4th generation... I said: Here we are. Very comfortable, at least for my ears, as I can't wear AirPods Pro at all.
Regarding these, I really liked the addition of Noise Cancellation. At first, I felt very strange. Occasionally, I would get a headache because it was something unfamiliar, but later, in workspaces, I can talk comfortably, and it has a very good microphone.
The music is very loud! In terms of battery, it's much better than the previous generations. I recommend them for the Apple ecosystem and beyond.
I use the headphones with Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
They connect directly via Bluetooth without any disconnection issues, etc.
I have downloaded the PodsLink app to see the battery percentage of the headphones and the case.
We charge wirelessly with the Samsung dual wireless charging pad.
Their sound is impeccable, and combined with the ANC for music, as well as calls, it is VFM.
Their downside, for now, is the battery.
Compared to the Huawei Freebuds SE 2, which I charged once a week with daily use.
The AirPods 4 ANC need charging every 3-4 days with daily use.
It is perfect. The sound is very good and although I didn't expect it, the ANC (active noise cancellation) is very good. In my opinion, it's worth it.
I don't know how they work with newer devices, but with mine, it's terrible. I have an iPhone X and Apple Watch 7, both with updated software (iOS 18.1 and 11.1 respectively), and I decided to get the 4 mainly because I ride a motorcycle and thought that the head movement response would be useful. Huge mistake. My phone is permanently lowered, and until now I had the first-generation earbuds that announced calls and notifications from email, messenger, Viber, etc. With these specific AirPods 4, even though I connected them to the watch, usually nothing is heard when someone calls. I realize it from the vibration on the watch that I have a call. Other times, I hear the call normally through the earbud, but I can't answer. And other times I answer normally. All of this without touching any settings. Notification announcements from apps happen whenever they feel like it, and sometimes the head movement response didn’t work. Noise cancellation is mediocre, while during half an hour on the treadmill at the gym, one earbud fell out. I completely regret getting them and I don’t see myself keeping them for long. A thousand times an older model with worse sound than these that are twice the price and don’t work properly
Amazing headphones. Terrific and powerful sound with good bass, but the noise cancellation steals the show. It really reduces external noise significantly and you focus on the headphones. I also own the AirPods 3 and I have to say, buying these is a huge upgrade. Smaller case compared to their previous model and generally more refined!!
They fit in my ear better than the AirPods 3. Very good noise cancellation capability if you're getting on the subway. However, in the outside world, you need to be careful, especially if you're walking on the sidewalk because you really can't hear anything else but your phone. I would say the battery is a bit better than the AirPods 3, although it's still early days. Overall, it's worth the upgrade if you sell the previous ones and cover the difference. P.S. I can't understand why some stores have them for €230 or even €250 when all the big ones have them for €199. The only negative I find is the size. They are so small that I struggle to take them out of the case, even me with my thin fingers and small (male) hand.
Incredible sound! The noise cancellation with all the options it has is excellent! I have had various versions of AirPods in the past. These are the best I have had in my hands so far! Especially in spatial sound, you get lost! Simply wonderful!
Compared to the 3 I had, they have a fuller and clearer sound... Design-wise, they are almost the same, the speakers in the earbuds have changed a bit and it seems to me that they fit better in the ear... Okay, the ANC is amazing... They charge even with the Apple Watch charger... Overall, they are fantastic, but to be honest, 200 euros is a bit pricey... But if you're thinking of getting them, go ahead with your eyes closed...
Perfect! The active noise cancellation is epic, the shape is very good compared to the clunky shape of the AirPods 3, it charges with the Apple Watch wireless charger and of course when you talk it lowers tremendously! And the case is smaller than the AirPods 3
I am very impressed, such a nice sound, not at all annoying in the ears!! The microphone makes it feel like you are in a closed room, you can't hear anything from the street! I respond by nodding my head, what are you saying now, I talk somewhere and the sound lowers until I finish and then it continues, unbelievable.. the only thing that bothered me is that it doesn't lower from the headphones like the AirPods 2 Pro, but it's a small flaw, I don't even see it compared to the others it provides.. with closed eyes, just get it, don't worry about anything
