First time owning such expensive in-ear headphones, about 90% of the headphones are flawless, the only problem I would characterize is that sometimes they freeze when you take the earbud out, it doesn't pause immediately when music or video is playing, but pressing it from the phone manually fixes it (rare small bug). The other small issue is that when you take out the earbud if you hold it by the earbud and not by the tip, it gets confused and thinks it has gone back into the ear and comes out of pause, continuing to play what you were listening to. Aside from these, which can easily be fixed in the future with an update, they have amazing noise cancellation but also transparency (they function like a hearing aid reproducing external sound in the ear crystal clear, with settings from the app along with the music you choose the sensitivity to the sounds it picks up). Crystal clear sound, it also has custom EQ and Dolby Atmos surround sound system, gestures are more than enough and adjustable to your preferences, and most importantly, a huge battery. Regarding calls, my conversation partner always hears me crystal clear without hearing the surrounding sounds.
