The unit I received had some small marks on the frame, but I immediately put on a case and screen protector, so they disappeared right away. It came with 88% battery health, but for the price of €375 that I paid, I can't ask for much more. I specifically wanted an iPhone for certain professional reasons, and it fully met my needs. It also came with a standard charger and cable.
The device I received had a faulty earpiece, which is downright unacceptable for a device that is supposed to be Grade A refurbished. Calls sound terrible and videos at full volume sound even worse. There are also visible scratches in three places on the screen. None of this indicates that these devices received the necessary care and repair.
Update 12/12/2023: The phone was supposed to be picked up by an ACS courier yesterday, Monday, for return. Today I had to go myself to send it and I found out that ACS had not even received a notification for pick up. I had to drive myself and on the way I had an ACCIDENT! Fortunately, we are all involved safe and unharmed, but I can't say the same for my car.
Well, it is a very good phone, it is very fast, it has an amazing camera, the only thing that ruins it is the battery! I have had it for 1 month and the battery has dropped from 100% battery health to 97%. But it's okay
I've had it for 1 month and the battery health has dropped to 94! Also, when I put it to charge, the battery first drops by 10% and then starts charging

I give three stars because in front of the screen on the left side where the aluminum meets the screen there is a gap, the screen is not properly glued and dirt gets inside. Also, in the photo gallery when I enter and scroll, a black line appears. I hope this is an issue with iOS 18.1. Additionally, I believe that six months of warranty is a short time.
It had a small scratch on the back, I put a case on it and nothing is visible. And on the screen, there is a barely noticeable scratch, but it doesn't show unless someone pays attention to it. My daughter has it, who doesn't pay much attention to it, which is why the case was put on. So far, there are no other issues.

4/5 In my opinion, it was worth its money (400€), everything is fine. The battery health was 100%, which was very good. However, after two days, the speakers started to produce a strange noise (like a weird sound). It wasn't very loud, but it was both annoying and disturbing. We sent it to the store where we bought it (Lifestore) to get it fixed. They told us that the phone had absolutely no problem and they checked it, but when the phone was returned to me, the same problem still existed. I kept the phone because personally, the problem didn't bother me much. For those who are asking, the phone is an iPhone 12 4/256GB Black. In my opinion, it was very strange how they informed me that the phone had no problem and when I received it, the exact same problem was there. In my opinion, it was worth the money, but this company should have sent it repaired instead of telling me that they couldn't find the problem. However, considering the regular price of this phone, this specific model (which costs around 900€-1000€) is quite expensive. I have seen other reviews that mention issues with noise on the iPhone 12. Since they have this issue, they could lower the prices because 400€ is not a small amount, and now the price may have even increased
I am giving 3 stars temporarily, as I have not used it yet, so I will come back for details. However, since many are asking, let me say the basics:
The 3 issues I looked at immediately are:
1. Received in very careful packaging
2. Practically no scratches - marks (Grade A)
3. Battery 98%

I leave the 3* as I found out that it does not support eSIM, as it is made for the Chinese market.
You can of course put 2 nano sims, but it does not solve the problem for my trips.
I will contact the store to see what can be done, I think it is a very basic detail that should have been mentioned.
Well, I haven't had the phone for long, 2 months and something, but I consider it to be the best value for money for an iPhone. My only complaint is that the first device had a faulty microphone and luckily the store was close to me and I proceeded with a replacement the next day. Very competitive with new android models at the same price. The battery for me as a student and user mainly for music on the bus and at home for a total of 3-4 hours and 1-2 hours of social media every night, I charge it, at this price I didn't have higher expectations though, for apple we are talking about, I consider it value for money for a start in the ecosystem!
