Finally, a fryer that does what it promises. Before this, I had bought 2 other air fryers that did not provide such good results in cooking, and either the cooking programs were not correct, or the food came out undercooked or overcooked and very dry. I decided to spend a little more money and get the Cosori, for which I read the best reviews on Amazon. And indeed, we are talking about a device that has perfect performance. The functions for baking give you many possibilities for recipes and are correctly set. It is quite heavy and bulky but offers 10 liters (!) of capacity, so you can prepare food for the whole family. We mainly use it for meat and vegetables, and it gives them very good taste and texture. It cleans very easily either by hand or in the dishwasher, and its materials seem very high quality.
It's like I have a whole kitchen. I cook for the whole family easily and quickly and with little cleaning afterwards! And for what it does, the price is just fine!
We are still learning it since we have had it for 5 days, the potatoes, omelet, and chicken thighs have a noticeably better taste. However, the potatoes take a long time to cook. It may be that we cut them relatively large; the guide mentions 6 mm thickness, we cut them to 1.5 cm. The chicken thighs also being large required more time than what the guide says. However, apart from the time, the size, and the learning curve, it is worth it because they are incredibly tasty. I have never eaten such a delicious omelet. I can't wait to make cheesecake and melomakarona.

we are a family of five and I had a Xiaomi 3.5L for 3 years but I only used it for steaming ... now the cosori is quite large and I can cook for everyone, personally I chose it because it doesn't have toxic materials, it is sturdy and easy to use and with the app on the phone only it doesn't have Greek ... I have had it for a few days so I don't have an opinion on how long it will last ...
After 5 smaller air fryers from different brands, I have to say that COSORI has hit the perfect mark!!! With double heating elements on the top and bottom, it cooks exceptionally and evenly in less time, and thanks to its functions, you have the option to cook either separate foods in the 5-liter baskets created with the divider or to take advantage of the full 10 liters by removing it for large quantities for a family of four. The quality of its materials is top-notch; I personally consider it the jewel of my kitchen, and the baskets have an excellent non-stick coating, making them easy to wash with just a little warm water and soap, and they come out like new. Even if it broke, I would buy this one again!!!! Steaks, potatoes, fish, shrimp, omelets, boiled eggs, burgers, cakes, and whatever else you desire.... I also got silicone utensils and even make omelets. We said it.... the only one with heating elements on the bottom!!!
The double chamber is ideal for easy cooking. We are 4 people and we have almost replaced the other cookware.
You get what you pay for..! It is definitely not the most economical model, but for its price, it is amazing. Firstly, it is very aesthetically pleasing and elegant, thus flattering my kitchen counter. It comes with an instruction manual in English and a recipe booklet (at least the version I received). Its features state that it is PFOA and BPA free. The inner basket is very large and can prepare meals for 3-4 people. Additionally, it has a removable divider inside, so you can either cook 2 different dishes and set the time and cooking temperature separately for each, or remove it and have a larger, unified space for cooking. One last thing I had never seen in a fryer is the ability to connect to the internet and monitor the food through the Cosori app. And indeed, I now save time and oil from cooking. I hardly use the oven since most recipes can be made in the fryer. Very good and quality product!
I have had it for just a few days and I am already very satisfied. This is my first time using an Airfryer. I was between this one and the 10-liter Ninja and I haven't thought for a moment that I should have ultimately gotten the Ninja. It does a lot more than I already know how to do as a beginner cook. :P So far, I have mainly made frozen foods without using oil and they come out very well and crispy. The basket cleans easily. I can't wait to learn to cook more things and discover its capabilities. The connection with the mobile app is very helpful, where you can choose programs or depending on what you want to cook, it suggests a cooking program, shows you the cooking in real-time, and notifies you when it's done. I will come back again in the future when I have learned more things!
For about a year, we were using a 5.5L and I can now say that we cooked exclusively in it, but the size soon proved to be insufficient, so when you want to prepare a whole meal with different recipes, you go for something larger.
Thus, we ended up with the Cosori Twinfry, which allows you to either separate the 10-liter "chamber" into 2 of 5 liters each, or remove the divider and have a 10-liter air "oven."

The particularly positive points are: heating elements both at the top and bottom, which achieves very good heat distribution so you don't need to turn the food, unlike other fryers.
