Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon hoped was the greater good. For a time, the lie worked, as crime in Gotham City was suppressed under the weight of the anti-crime law, the Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning thief with a hidden agenda. More dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose brutal plans for Gotham force Bruce to leave his self-imposed exile.
