Very nice design, keeps drink hot for quite long (around 5 hours I would say), easy to carry around. However it is leaking sometimes when the drink is too hot or there a big portion of liquid inside. Very satisfied still!

Unfortunately, this one has a leak in the lid. I had one from the solid color series that did not have any issues.

Very nice glass, expensive but keeps the temperature incredibly to the point that there is ice in the glass 10 hours later! For hot drinks, I found it completely useless, don't even think about it (I don't use it for that purpose so my rating doesn't decrease)!

In cold drinks, it is perfect. I mainly use it for coffee. 3 stars though, it might also be blue, because it leaks in hot drinks.

The product is good but it doesn't close well if it falls or if you turn it upside down and it leaks coffee, it maintains a good temperature

Positives:
- very nice design
- maintains satisfactory temperature (especially for cold beverages)
- good build quality
- durable against drops (I've had it for 2 months, it has fallen a few times, yet it hasn't scratched, the color hasn't faded, and the metal hasn't been damaged from the falls)
- not too bulky
- doesn't slip because it has a silicone bottom

Negative points that need attention:
- it leaks with hot beverages, despite following the usage instructions (that it shouldn't be at very high temperatures, etc.)
- initially difficult to clean the lid well due to its design [this can be resolved if you read the disassembly instructions carefully]

Would I recommend it to someone to buy? Depending on whether someone wants to spend a bit more to have a nice thermos, then yes (though this doesn't mean it is worth the money)

I bought it because of the design and color, and because I had a good experience with the previous version, except for the leaks. This particular one, with the new design to avoid leaks, completely disappointed me. Coffee and water (or whatever else is inside) in all the bags, in the car, on the beach towels. I didn't return it because Chillys doesn't advertise it as completely leak proof, but it's sitting in the cupboard and I'm just crying over the 40 euros I spent.

Negatives
1) It leaks a lot..... if it is not perfectly straight and does not move, it will start to leak. Resulting in either you or your bag being in a bad condition
2) The hole for drinking coffee does not help.... it is very small

I had initially tried an experiment to see if it would leak from somewhere before I put it in my new bag worth 130€.
What I wanted and trusted it...
The bag leaked, I was disappointed.
Such a waste of money...
I had also bought another one as a gift for my wife. 70€ down the drain...
It is completely useless for the hot drink I wanted to use it for.
You have to constantly keep it upright and in your hand to avoid leaks.
The only good thing about it is the design, meaning it's just for show.
I will use it as a coin box.

I deliberately bought the 500ml one to have a larger capacity because I had read about leaks. In a double espresso of about 70ml, and placing it upright in a side pocket of a bag, it drips without moving almost at all. The hot coffee after an hour is lukewarm to cold. If you follow the instructions that say the temperature of the liquid you put in should drop below 60 degrees to close the mouthpiece, after an hour the coffee is at room temperature. I have no opinion on cold because I haven't used it. Unacceptable product for 40 euros.

It's not worth its money. It's an overpriced product. The lid leaks no matter how tight you close it. It requires disassembly of the lid almost every day for cleaning. The only positive thing is that it keeps the coffee hot. I wouldn't recommend it.

Certainly, it is a quality that you understand as soon as you hold it. It is excellent in cold temperatures, but I haven't tried it in hot ones yet. Definitely consult the manual as it has instructions for hot temperatures.

I have been using it for a year and I have never noticed any leaks, even when I put it in my bag and it shakes a lot. The coffee remains cold at the beach even in the sun. After 10 hours of use for cold drinks, there may be some small ice cubes inside when I open it to wash it. Overall, very satisfied, I haven't noticed anything bad, the design is incredible. It's worth every last euro.

Visually it is nice, but it is not waterproof. I have tried putting water, tea (hot, lukewarm, and cold), and coffee (lukewarm) in it. In every case, it leaks. Small drops come out from the lid. In the case of water, it is not important, but in the case of tea and coffee, it stains everything. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. If you like the company, buy the corresponding screw-on bottle that is waterproof. The glass is only for flat surfaces, if it is on any incline (in a car, while moving, walking), then it leaks.

I have it for a year and it's awesome.
I usually use it for French coffee in the winter and it never gets cold.
For cleaning, you unscrew the top part and then you have to unbutton it. I found a video on the internet, otherwise it's not possible and you will break it.

Although a fan of this particular brand, this one simply no. Very expensive for no reason, and when I put it in my bag after drinking my coffee, it manages to leak from the few drops that are left inside.

I think that there is nothing better than a coffee cup that can fit everything inside!!
Tip: Do not put hot coffee inside and close it because you may have leaks. I made that mistake the first time and learned my lesson. Wait a bit for it to cool down and then close it because the heat expands.

The first one had a dent and I returned it! The second one has leaks, which shouldn't be the case for a thermos of this category! Also, I wouldn't describe it as top in terms of heat retention! Finally, the non-slip base came off as well!
