It helped me regulate my cycle immediately. Regarding the swallowing that I read about, I find the comments a bit excessive; it has a perfectly fine taste and smell - strawberry. Okay, the little balls it has that don't dissolve are a bit "weird," but with a glass of water afterward, there's no discomfort..... we pour it into the glass after first adding water and mix it well with a spoon. - or at night if I'm out, I pour it into a water bottle and shake it; it mixes easily.... It requires a good stirring in a glass, otherwise it becomes thick and not all the granules dissolve, resulting in an unpleasant taste and texture.
