It's just that the one you suck with your mouth needs two parents because the child doesn't sit still. And with this specific one, you can clean the child's nose by yourself. Also, on the third setting, it sucks just like the mouth device. So don't be afraid to get it. It's worth the money. Also, it works with batteries, so you can take it outside, and if the child has a runny nose, you can easily use it
