In the past, I had bought a melas from a supermarket that was disgusting and because it was a large jar, I didn't know how to finish it and eventually we threw it away because no one was eating it. Last year, I shopped at the organic store and they gave me this melas to try. I was a bit afraid of it, so the expiration date passed. Last year, I bought a stick on my own and I loved it!! I went and bought the regular size and started eating it as it says on the bottle. I did it more for its taste, however, because it has iron, I noticed that it helped me a lot with hair loss. When I washed my hair, I couldn't collect the hair in time and today I found that hair loss has been reduced by half!! I was combing my hair and occasionally 3-4 strands would come out on the comb. The product is super and has a perfect taste.. I tried it for the first time after reading the positive comments here and I have to say that it really helps if you eat 2 tablespoons in the morning (it gives me extra energy) but I, who took it to get away from sugar, couldn't find it helpful in that aspect, it altered the aftertaste of coffee so much that you can't enjoy it (but I had no issue with tea).... now regarding its beneficial properties, we will see in the long term.. after 6 months of consistent use (3 tablespoons every morning) I have to say that it helped me & my eyes which were quite dark

It has a very nice taste!! Compared to other molasses that I have tried, it is the nicest, not so much in coffee to tell the truth, but in yogurt it is like cherry syrup! The first one I tried is the well-known one that all supermarkets have from the famous company. The second one, from a well-known organic company, is much better. This one is the nicest I have tried. I am 21. I have been taking the melassa for a year and a half now. Since I was young, I had low hematocrit, ferritin, etc. I used to take strengthening medications every three months, but then it would drop again!
