    Initially, it is very beautiful with this phosphorescent color! I have it on a core 2 duo and it works at 18 degrees idle. The only complaint I have is that it works at 3200 RPM and it can be heard throughout the floor and it is quite annoying (because my motherboard does not have PWM to connect it). However, I believe that this problem can be solved with a fan controller or some software. Easy installation and it already has paste on it. I will return if I see any issues.

    With the i5 4460 and the stock cooler, it used to reach 80-85 degrees. Now it reaches 50-55 degrees.
